The Spirit of Gin - Non-Alcoholic

Crafted by the founder of Free Spirits himself, Milan Martin, try this Meyer Lemon Ginger Gin Drop:

3 oz of The Spirit of Gin,
1.5 oz elderflower syrup,
0.5 oz Meyer lemon juice
and 3 or 4 slices of fresh peeled ginger.

Muddle ginger in your cocktail shaker, add all other ingredients and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass and add a Meyer lemon peel for garnish.
